The Challenge The existing office was steeped in history but limited by outdated infrastructure. Cramped cubicles and a lack of communal areas were hindering collaboration. The goal was to retain the company’s soul while injecting modern functionality and style. The Design Solution We bid farewell to the conventional corporate look, embracing a Modern Industrial aesthetic.

CONCEPT

REALITY

Open Concept: We dismantled the cubicle walls to create flexible workstations that foster teamwork and fluid communication.

Materiality: The design features a blend of raw concrete finishes, industrial brick textures, and warm wood flooring to create a professional yet edgy atmosphere.
Social Hub: A newly designed pantry-café serves as the social heart of the office, offering a relaxed space for informal networking and recharging.

The Impact The result is a total shift in energy. What was once a static, segmented office is now a vibrant, collaborative ecosystem designed to boost productivity and employee well-being.
