We use a structured, 4-phase payment milestone system. We begin with a 100% Design Fee (rebated later). The renovation build is then divided into stages: 30% at commencement, 35% after plaster ceiling works, 30% before furniture installation, and a final 5% (less your rebate) upon successful handover.
Timelines depend on the scale of your home. Typically, Condominium projects are completed within 8–12 weeks, while Landed Properties may take 12–20 weeks. We provide a detailed schedule at the start of work so you can track our progress every week
Yes, we take the headache out of the bureaucracy. We manage the paperwork, worker applications, and coordination with your Building Management. (Please note: Refundable MO deposits and external site utilities like RORO bins are settled by the homeowner).
Every site is managed by a dedicated LUFA Project Manager who conducts regular inspections. We only work with a vetted panel of skilled craftsmen, ensuring that the technical execution matches the 3D design perfectly.
